Alyra Solutions operates as a multi-tenant SaaS platform. Each business receives a fully isolated, secure tenant environment. Payment processing is facilitated through Stripe Connect, allowing each tenant to receive payouts directly into their connected Stripe account. Alyra Solutions acts as the platform operator and does not hold or commingle tenant funds beyond the applicable platform service fee.

By accessing or using any product or service provided by Alyra Solutions, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
Alyra Solutions provides cloud-based, multi-tenant SaaS platforms for service industry businesses including Alyra Nail Salon Software, Alyra Restaurant Solutions, Alyra Barbershop Solutions, and Alyra Spa Solutions.
You must register for an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity under your account.
Alyra Solutions uses Stripe, Inc. as its third-party payment processor. By using payment features, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service and Connected Account Agreement. Fund Flow: Customer payments are collected by Stripe on behalf of the Tenant's connected Stripe account. Alyra Solutions deducts a platform service fee. Remaining funds are disbursed directly to the Tenant's connected bank account per Stripe's standard payout schedule. Alyra Solutions does not hold or commingle Tenant funds.
You may not use Alyra Solutions platforms to engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity, including money laundering or violating Stripe's Prohibited Business list.
All software, content, and technology are the exclusive property of Alyra Solutions. Tenants retain ownership of their business data.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or fraudulent activity.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alyra Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

Alyra Solutions is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard information when you use our platforms.
From Business Tenants: business name, address, contact info, account credentials, billing records. From End Users: name, email, phone (when booking or ordering), service history. Automatically: log data, IP address, browser type, usage analytics.
All payment card data is processed directly by Stripe, Inc. Alyra Solutions does not collect, store, or transmit raw payment card information.
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with Stripe (payment processing), service providers (under confidentiality obligations), and law enforcement (when required by law).
We implement industry-standard security including encryption in transit (TLS) and access controls.
You may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Contact hello@alyrasolutions.us to exercise these rights.
Our services are not directed to individuals under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
